MYTVOnline+ on iPad not showing Series (same portal works on MYTVOnline3)

    Hello everyone,

    I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue I’m experiencing between MYTVOnline3 (Formuler box) and MYTVOnline+ (iPad app).

    • I have a Stalker portal with Mac registration that works perfectly on MYTVOnline3 — Live TV, VOD, and Series all load and play fine.
    • When I use the same portal on MYTVOnline+ (iPad), it recognizes Live TV and VOD, but the Series section shows “0” items.

    So far, I’ve tried reinstalling the app and re-adding the portal, but the issue persists.

    Has anyone else run into this? Is this a limitation of the iOS app when using portal URL with disabled login, or is there a setting/workaround to get Series to show up like they do on MYTVOnline3?

    Any guidance would be appreciated!

    Did you shutdown your box fully? So no standby.

    If you have one connection. Then refresh sub on tablet.

    Settings, content...., hold on your sub and push refresh?

    There is an update for the iOS app scheduled for this week. Please install that update when it is available to see if it fixes your issue.
