    Hello everybody!

    My problem is the following:

    On only 1 channel in all formats Ultra 4k, HD,FHD etc i hear by subtitles a voice who is reading that to me.

    Only on 1 Channel!

    In my own language Dutch.

    I have turned off audio in setting.

    I did a hard reset.

    Nothing works, very annoying!

    My provider can only switch off and on the channels so nothing to be done.

    Any idea’s ?

    I’ve come across that before randomly. The wrong audio stream is being used. It is audio description for blind people.

    Nothing you can do, this is on the provider end. If your provider can’t fix it it is because they are a reseller without the ability to contact the stream supplier.

    If you haven't already, please try pressing the red rectangle button on the live channel, go to Subtitle, and select Off.

    If the issue is only occurring on one channel, I suspect the problem might be coming from the service provider, as Samis mentioned above.
