Did you check in the app if url, username and password is correct?
Check also its http:// and no https://
That can also give sometimes problems.
Android or ios version?

URL is correct, try Xtream code and 3MU SAME RESULT 🤷🏻♂️Uninstall mytvonline
Restart tablet.
Reinstall mytvonline
And fill in credentials and test again?
