    Quick question, I recently purchased the new formula Z12 the remote itself about 80% of the time. When I am in an app I hit the back button. It freezes and eventually reboots itself. The only way to exit the app without it rebooting is to hit the home button. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
