No two simultaneously recordings, restrictions in this case comes from protocol and sub.. MOL3 like on Z11.

A few words from me about how I see the box, and we're only talking about the hardware here, MOL3 hasn't changed.
For me, this is the best box so far and some of the community's requests have been incorporated.
Internal and direct recording to the box's 128 GB internal memory (no USB stick required), the box's LED is now dimmable and can even be turned off completely, SPDIF is back. A button on the box can initiate a search tone for the remote, and the remote emits an alarm tone, making it easy to find. Dolby Vision and direct Atmos, etc. The Box is little bit longer than Z11, 3cm.
The remote is very very good, you can now control synchrony the TV source and volume + box commands without having to switch. The buttons are much more robust and elegant.

Spidf is a small glass cable for the sound to the soundbar. But it doenst support dolby dts/dolby atmos etc.
A hdmi cable do can do that. Spdif is older. Other name is a an Optical cable.
S/PDIF can carry two channels of uncompressed PCM audio or compressed 5.1 surround sound; it cannot support lossless surround formats that require greater bandwidth.

I hoped also on better specs. Better cpu and 6gb ram.
But it should not be nessesary for the box and all the apps in playstore. I think they find the cpu and ram more then enough. So then isn't needed to make a faster CPU and extra RAM.
Also the box should be expensiver then.

So Z12 Ultra is the same as Z11 Pro MAx, only difference is 128GB eMMc and Android 12????

ok, 128GB eMMC, Android 12 and HDMI 2.1. Nothing more!!! I was expecting a new chip and probably some other stuff but still good to see development effort.

It's interesting how some people immediately downplay something without any background information.
The same chipset doesn't necessarily mean everything is the same. Version 1 and version 5 of the same chipset, for example, can vary greatly, with the latest version offering significantly more options than the first, speed too. Fact is the Box is fast and i like it 
And not to forget, the new Remote with Backlight and few new features.

I wrote it already, same chipset but with latest chipset revision, means with new features and chipset optimisation.

Fact is the Formuler Boxes support since Z8 4K Netflix, but to get Netflix Certification was not possible. This is Certification problem with Netflix and not Formuler Hardware. And please before someone start: No text with cheap Chinese Boxes can do that, they can because of cracked key. Such things will Formuler never do.

Well, let's wait and see as many people will make reviews so we will know what new speed improvements and revisions are really there. I still don't see Realtek RTD1319C revisions anywhere, that's why i think it's the same chip. If speeds are higher which i doubt it will be pretty visible with hardware info apps.
If formuler site has it wrong or mistakenly put RTD1319C instead of RTD1619 i understand and that's a big improvement and totally worthy of 190 EUR. Other than that...
Just had a chat with world of satellite and it will be available for pre order tomorrow with stock going out next week and a price of approx £169 but that will be confirmed once on the store
