I recently bought a B-ware F Z11 Pro Max. Even if I reset the box to factory settings, the MOL3 has a single fixed IPTV-service I can not edit or delete.
I am not able to remove it via the menu or add another one. Factory reset, delete cache and program has been tried with no change.
The only thing I can edit is the EPG offset. I can not enter this IPTV-service, since it gives and error message due to invalid credentials.
I have another IPTV-program and it works 100% normal.
Any advice?
Formuler Z11 Pro Max can not add IPTV subscription to MOL3

It seems you device is blocked,try the following;
Go to homemenu>system info>if block installed,you should see menu entry"Check for configuration update">highlight the configurationline,then press0(zero)*10 times>it will factory reset and unblock the entire device.
If this works you can move on and add new Portal or playlist

It worked 100%. Thank you for the help.
It did delete the existing profile and now I can enter my own.
I did reset the device in two other ways first, but none of them removed the blocked provider. -

If you want another subscription you can't.
Happy formuler users can remove block yourself.

Actually I believe it was a customer testing the box and then returning it (It was B-ware when I bought it). Then someone did reset the box, not realizing the IPTV setup would be persistent. I was clueless too when I got it, and thus I did struggle until I got help here.
