It seems that all the time I have to set the audio sync at -450ms. Is there a setting in Z12 Ultra that this will be the default value?

Same here audio is out of sync and you have to fix everytime, hope it will be fixed in next Update.

Do you have soundbar connected to the setup?
Please access home screen > settings > device preferences > display and sound > advanced sound settings > select formats, and choose "none."
Let me know if the issue remains even after changing the format.

Don't have a soundbar but changed the settings you mentioned. That did the trick for me, works now

Yes i use soundbar.
I have changed the settings as you mentioned above. Sync problem is fixed but Dolby atmos is not working with this settings. How to fix it?
