DVBS Live TV Subtitles not working

    Good Afternoon,

    I have a Z10 SE (MyTV Online2) and also tried using a newer Z12 (MyTV Online3) and i just cant get subtitles working. I have enabled it in Settings - Subtitles - English. I press the Red button while watching and it finds 2. English, DVB Subs. but nothing shows.

    It works on different make STB's using the same stalker (V5.3.0) but im not that farmiliar with the Formuler Boxes

    Any advise appreciated. Im using HLS Streams with DVBS2 from Satellite and firmware all up to date. I can dropbox a video if thats any use.

    I am having the same problem running MYTVONLINE 3 through the Z12 Ultra and had the same issue with the Z11 Pro and Pro Max both also running MTO 3. As a point of comparison, the Z10 on MTO2 has the same problem but subtitles worked fine on the Z8 Pro Max on MTO 2.

    Out tecnician has now tried with a true TS feed on a test channel but does not work and a test HLS and the problem persists.

    This is the only issue I can see with the Z12 Ultra which is truly the most advanced and comprehensive STB I have ever seen.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
