Can’t cast to my Formuler Z mini - “Appareil non validé” (Device not validated)

    Hello everyone,

    I’m writing to you today because I’ve been having an issue for the past few weeks with my Formuler Z mini.

    I can no longer cast content from my phone or tablet to my device. Every time I try, I get the following error message (see attached picture): “Appareil non validé” which translates to “Device not validated”. The message suggests that it might be due to outdated firmware, but I want to specify that my Formuler is fully up to date.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem or might have a solution?

    Actually, all the apps like YouTube, Twitch, or others that normally let you cast content to the box no longer work.

    The cast button still appears and it does detect the Formuler Z Mini, but when I click on it, I get this message.

    It happens on every device — I’ve tried several and I still get the same problem.

    All formulers or do you have other brand boxes?

    I installed youtube on my android phone.

    I installed youtube on box.

    I played video on youtube on phone, the i clicked on button right lower corner and i saw the cast option.

    I clicked on cast option.

    I saw 2 tv's but no z12.

    On my z12 i go to youtube settings.

    Choose connect with tv code.

    I put tv code in on my phone and worked like a charme.:grinning_face:
