MYTVOnline2 refuses to start

    Hello I have a Z8 which has been in use for the past 5 yrs with no issues,with same provider,been a great box.However now whenever I try to launch The MYO2 it tries to start but then the power light goes out on the box and it kicks me back to the main menu every time.Sometimes it will say Formulerservice stopped close app.Every other app I have installed which is just youtube and the apps which came with box work fine. I have reinstalled the app a number of times,have done a factory reset a number of times,did a backup and restore,rest data reset software all to no avail.Is it time for a new box? :frowning_face:your input is appreciated thanks

    Goodday my friend,

    You say power light goes out. Can be that the adapter is bad.

    You can try a other adapter with the same specifications.


    Maby you can order in your country a z8 power adapter and test it. If it works keep it and if it's not helping sent it back.


    You have younbox already factory reset done. And still not over the problem. So try another adapter and if that doesn't help. Go for a new box i think.
