I now have 2 Formuler Z12 ultras, the first one on my upper floor and the new one on my lower floor.
The new one arrived yesterday and all settings are done. Today I connected it to my network with a cable. Then a strange problem occurs. It loses the Ethernet connection. But as soon as I take the remote to go to settings, it connects again. If I then go back, it loses the network again. I made a movie of it but can only upload photos here.

But it's i known problem i read somewhere. With wifi and with ethernet. Some devices has that bug.
I don't. I use ethernet cable and vpn and works??
So not everyone is affected, but the devs are known with the problem.
Do you use vpn? Tr static ip if you know how to and reboot router also first.

The one I have upstairs had no problem, only the new one downstairs. Same installations on both 2. Yes I run express vpn and also ethernet on both. This morning I did a factory reset and it seems to be working fine so far. Will keep an eye on it in the future. We mostly check upstairs.

Remove audio optimizer. Isn't nessesary on Z12.
Disable ipv6 on bottom at ethernet settings.
Rest i think about yet.
Try first static ip to setup with ethernet.
And router already restarted?
I can help with static ip if you don't know how.

Thanks IPV 6 was off, but now I have set static IP. I have them entered as a reservation in my router too.
But what does the symbol to the right of ethernet in this picture mean. Could be WiFi but I have turned it off in the settings. I know the key means VPN on.
My wife says that the one downstairs has worked during the day the times she has looked, and I will monitor it from now on.

Do you mean the 3 bars? They represent signal strength.

But WiFi is OFF in my settings.

Doesn't matter, both with ethernet or wifi these bars are shown

But WiFi is OFF in my settings.
It shows the signal strenght of the stream you look at my friend. Has nothing to do with wifi.
Have a nice weekend my friend.
