I've recommended this box to several people. You have IPTV, and sometimes you get a new link and have to install everything from scratch. Enable it to save your settings when you enter a new link. This is possible, so why not waste time on it? Now you've lost all your favorites, etc....They don't even look for a solution themselves. Now I get this error several times, and it just hangs, even for people who bought this box through me. I think you went to box 12 too quickly before you resolved all the complaints about box 11. You'll see, after a while, you'll feel this, because this is circulating on forums. This box freezes, and then I have to unplug it again, and then it's OK again for a while. Service is important, and if you forget this, you'll see that after a while you'll get bad publicity. Yourself created a link asking what you want to change about box 11 BT, but nothing happens. There hasn't been firmware update since April.I'm not going to invest much time in it, as I find service very important. This should come from your IT team.
