Greetings. A number of our customers have reported a "Not Enough Space" message when trying to load v10.10.58 firmware upgrade (2025-12-02) on relatively new Z10 Neo systems.
We have been able to reproduce the error on a brand-new Z10 Neo. Within 24 hours of first logging in to the Google Play Store, Google has loaded so much bloatware that we cannot run the firmware upgrade. Having installed only MyTVOnline2 and Audio Optimizer and NO OTHER APPS, storage shows 830 MB of Apps and 594 MB available. The update needs 636 MB.
Obviously we can get around this limitation by doing a factory reset, or by clearing cache, clearing data, and uninstalling updates from Google Play Store, YouTube, Google, and Google Play Services, but we shouldn't have to do this, nor should we have to explain this to our customers.
What can be done to overcome this limitation? Can the Google updates be disabled?
If it can't be overcome, Formuler should stop selling systems that have inadequate resources to accommodate the aggressive bloatware from Android/Google.
