    Strange my friend, hope you find the usb. Same account and boxes but the apps are not to find on one box🤣

    And or try to remove latest updates from google play store. Maby is one z12 play store updated and had a bug that some apps are missing?

    Select the channel and press the blue button, the asterix in front of the channel name is the icon that indicates the channel is added to a favorites list.

    Or go to the favorites menu option and follow the prompts on the screen.

    I have a reproducible problem with MYTVOnline 3 on my Formuler Z12 Ultra.

    The issue:

    When I pause live TV / a movie and leave it paused for a while, then press play to resume, MOL3 does NOT resume playback. Instead the whole app restarts and throws me back to the home screen. A short pause is fine — the problem only happens after a longer pause.

    Important – this is hardware specific:

    I moved from a Z11 Pro to a Z12 Ultra. Same IPTV provider, same portal, same MAC, same microSD card, practically the same settings. On the Z11 pause and resume always worked flawlessly. On the Z12 Ultra the app restarts on every resume.

    What I have already tried (nothing helped):

    Buffer changed from Short to Long

    Disabled "Metadata API" in Player Options

    Switched Timeshift/DVR storage between microSD, USB and the internal 128GB storage

    Cleared MOL3 cache and rebooted the box

    Disabled HDMI-CEC, set a fixed resolution, disabled Dolby Vision/Adaptive HDR

    Static IP instead of DHCP

    Factory reset

    Please reboot the box once and after first reproduce send instantly log file (Report Problem) to Formuler and post your Tracking No. here in this thread.thx.

    Possible clue – LAN vs WiFi:
    I think I have noticed something important: the app restart on resume happens ONLY when the box is connected via LAN cable. When I connect over WiFi instead, resuming after a pause seems to work fine. I am still testing this to confirm, but it looks like the issue may be related to the Ethernet connection on the Z12. I will report back with more results.

    Edited once, last by superdarco: Update – WiFi also restarts after a longer pause: Update on my earlier note about LAN vs WiFi: unfortunately the WiFi connection is not a solution either. After a longer pause, the app restarts on resume over WiFi as well. So the problem happens on both LAN and WiFi — it just seemed better on WiFi at first, but with a longer pause it restarts the same way. It looks like the connection type is not the cause after all; the issue is in MOL3 handling resume after a longer pause. (June 4, 2026 at 7:05 PM).

    GTV-BT3 remote – Samsung missing from Setup Volume Control:
    During the GTV-BT3 (Formuler BT Universal) remote setup, on the "Setup Volume Control" screen there is no Samsung in the brand list. I have a Samsung Q90R soundbar and I want the remote to control its volume, but I can only choose brands like Marantz, Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha, Pioneer, Sony, Philips, Harman Kardon, etc. — Samsung is not on the list. Could Samsung please be added to the supported brand database for volume control? Without it I cannot set up volume control for my Samsung soundbar.
