No audio

I have 2 Formuler Z12, both have the same configuration with apps and IPT providers. I have the primary one in my TV room and the secondary one in the bedroom. The secondary one is mostly used by my wife, often when she wants to watch it, it is silent. I then restart the entire Formuler and I have the sound again. Now I have updated it to 12.10.06 but the problem persists. For me it is not a big problem but my wife gets whiny!

The problem appears both in MOL3 and other apps such as SmartOne that we use. I can also mention that we do not turn off our Formuler overnight but they are on all the time. Simple question here if I should check any settings.

Option 2 change wife because I am very happy with my Formuler.

Used formuler app to connect remote with your tv??

Then use volume up button on remote and the one at the right side.

Maby there is one down, one from the 2.

Typically now it has been working for 2 days. But I will test the volume control on the right side the next time it goes silent.

Same here, since today suddenly the audio is gone. Rebooted the device, still no sound.

Using the app to connect the BT3 and side buttons for volume. No audio..

And connect the volume on the remote with correct tv. Did volume go up and down?

Did you use volume button above on remote also? (not on the side)

Please both check if Surroundsound is on and deactivate, should then work.

Now today my Fomuler Z12 is silent again. I have tried the volume on the right side and also the one on the top. I can't find the one that SAM (Surroundsound) means. I assume it is under Formuler settings. The error appears on both MOL2 and other apps. I haven't restarted today but will see if anyone can come back with tips here before that I can try.

Go to home were all apps are.

Select Cogwheel upper right corner (click not ok, you see menu with 6 blocks)

Go to surround sound

Select formats

Click on "none" never use surround

After that click firect sgsin on automatic sound (above)

Good job my friend, select none surround and then again to automatic should do the fix.

Yes the sound has started. So now I know how to test next time, but not particularly difficult to restart. I'll show my wife since she's the one who uses it most often.
