Volume stuttering at loud volumes

    I have been playing with IPTV for a couple of years now and I know enough to keep it working but still consider myself a novice. We like to watch movies loud, but when an action scene gets loud the sound stutters and it is really annoying! I had always just used TVMate on my TCL google tv, but I just bought a Z11 Pro Max hoping that this would solve this issue but it did not. I have the Z11’s HDMI port connected to my Onkyo receivers DVD input and an HDMI cable connected to my receivers HDMI out and connected to the HDMI 2 input on the tv. Everything is working fine except the sound is still stuttering at loud volumes. I am assuming that I have a setting wrong somewhere, but that is where I lack in my knowlage in setting up the fine tuning of the system. Hoping someone here has had the same issue or know what I have going on and can help. Thanks!

    Does the same happens also if you connect directly to TV? If yes, and you have it in past also directly with your TV and installed 3th IPTV App, then its your TV that makes problems.

    Does the issue also happen over Onkyo and connected AVR speakers? In that case deliver the TV only Video and no Audio.

    1. First check for new TV firmware and install, maybe is the issue known and fixed with some update. What could be also some reason, faulty TV speakers that at high level get problems.

    2. On the box you can deactivate surroundsound and test again, or vice versa.

    If all of this doesn`t help, try with some thread in TLC Forum. Maybe is the issue known.
