Setup after factory reset

after factory reset my box Z+ opens with logo formulate Z+ and give the language and after wifi setup and after the country and then loop and return to the language several times ,can you help me.

Are you able also to set the time and date? After Setup you should see the main menu. What do you click on last page before the setup starts from beginning?

When I turn on my Formuler Z+ box, it starts normally, then it gives a menu to choose the language. After that, I choose the Wi-Fi and connect it to my Wi-Fi, and the date and time set automatically. Then it asks for the country, and I also choose the country. It acts as if it's going to start, but it returns to the initial menu to choose the time... and so on."

Please i need the info what you click on last page or use which button on remote, before the setup starts from beginning? It seems the process is not finished therefore it starts from beginning, esp. if you hit cancel button.
