Mytvonline2 used to by default create an all channels list, it appears z12 mytv3 does not do this, is there a way I can accomplish this in settings?

Unfortunately no, since MOL3 no all channels category possible.

It needs to be added there. I also requested this option to be added (no response). It's a step towards the worse.
