Hi, i have a Z12 ultra and have one portal active, when trying adding a second portal always after 5% error code http 404 code 1005-400.
Try it on my samsung tab, myonline app, no problem...
A solution for this behaviour?

Do you use same data for both portal and are the data in second portal inserted absolute 100% correctly? HTTP 404 code 1005-400 means in most cases, url not found or data incorrect. Please check every character again.

Ok, ill ask again because not answered -> Do you use same data for both portal or is this other portal with different data? Is the second portal somewhere still active? log out on other device and test again.

Stalker MAC ID with registered MAC, XC API with login or M3U playlist? Do you use also VPN or without?
Btw. this happens only on Z12, because you labelled this thread as MOL+?

Installed free version of tvimate on the Z12 ultra and it loaded perfectly..
So definitely can say, the fault is on the side of Myonline3..
I had tested a lot if services since 2014...
...never had that mytvonline 1, 2 or 3 the portal couldn't connect.
But it's possible i see.
Yes i had it some times, but that was my own fault due wrong credentials.
If SAM can't also connect on your service, then mytvonline3 needs update.

So, Sam was very kind to test my login, username and portal url and it worked fine with him..
But with my Z12 ultra still no luck..succeeded login on tablet and pc with a free iptv player but myonline still refuse to connect
with the error codes displayed. Anybody any idea what cause this, looks very clear the data is fine but something blocks the portal..
Anyway, thanks Sam for the effort and time..
Are you sure your device isnt provider blocked,because you cant add a second provider?
You can check this by going into laucher settings>system info(2nd page) and check for menu entry,if menu entry there highlight it,and press0(zero) ten times,the device should unblock and reset,subsequently you should be able to add a second Portal.
Note:write down on paper your credentials!

No that's not the problem my friend henkie
Mol3 can't connect to his portal. Maby ask other credentials and or mol3 needs little fix.

Update, factory reset Z12 and now both portal installed, A hassle but at least ok now.
I suspect first time i installed the new portal i enter a wrong password, the second time i saw the mistake and corrected it, but it failed each time.. Now with the reset ok now.
