I Have a Formuler Z11 Pro with MOL3.
In some movies/series, when I search for subtitles online, the app restarts.

Hello my friend,
Try this: in mytvonline3 go to the subtitle settings in mytvonline3 menu! On the right sight you see a lot off languages.
Click on everyone that you don't need! So that your subtitle language the only one is on the right. Click ok or update and restart box!
Try again after restarting the box.
i can give you the right steps when im at home if you can't find it my friend.
Mytvonline3, menu, settings, player options, online subtitles, preferred subtitles.
Deselect all subtitles, excluding your language. So if you want English subtitles.
You should have on the right top corner only English ¹. Click on complete.

Don't forget to restart box, and maby delete cache from mytvonline3 if it still does.
