Connection Error Code 1010 on Formuler Z12 Ultra

    Since last night I have been experiencing a connection error on my device. The message shown is:

    “Connection Failed – Please check your internet connection and portal URL (Code: 1010).”

    I am using a Formuler Z12 Ultra, and this issue started suddenly without any changes on my side.

    To troubleshoot, I have already:

    • Cleared the app cache
    • Performed a factory reset on the device
    • Restarted my internet connection/router
    • Reconfigured everything from scratch

    Despite all of this, the error persists.

    I also tested my list on another player, and it works perfectly fine there, which makes me believe the issue may be related specifically to the Formuler or its configuration.

    Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or suggest any further steps to resolve it?

  • 1. Check first your Box if this have Inet conn. at all. Try some other App and if LAN/Wifi works and shows active connection.

    2. Restart your Router first and later the Box.

    3. 1010 : Connect - Stalker handshake error

    Last would be, contact your Provider and ask for sub. refresh.

  • hello change your dns. I think your ISP is blocking the host of your subscription. Testing with quad9, for example, should work again.

    Hi, it's already fixed. It must have been due to the provider's DNS, since it's working on other players. Thanks to both of you!

  • I am having the same problem, the url I am using from my provider works in a Windows PC but it doesn't with the MYOL3 app. in the Formuler 11 Pro. I doubt this is a problem provoked by my ISP or my IPTV provider, otherwise it wouldn't either work on my PC. What are the options available? To what should I change my DNS. I had powered the box on and off with no consequence.

  • Just ask your provider for new url. Last few weeks was over 20K urls closed, was in iptv news.
