    Would not being able to play anything in Catchup even though the listings are availabe with the date, time and catchup icon only be a supplier issue? When I select a program in catchup everything seems correct , brings up the program title ,duration and looks like its going to play but just a spinning circle. I have 2 suppliers on the same Z12 and the other one works. Logically it is a supplier issue but want to make sure there is nothing I can change to make it work. Thanks

    Good morning, In my experience if one provider works and the other doesn't it is the provider's fault. There is nothing you can do about that with settings. I had that too I switched to another provider and it works well now.
