Have a bit of a problem with trying to copiy some MKV Video files from my PC to my USB and watch them on my box.
What am I doing wrong?
Formatted NTFS on pc and then inserted it into the box and recorded som program to see where it was stored. Tried to store a video file,,,,and it did not show up. Even after rebooting. Please help..

Hello, In my experience, files can be read if the USB drive is formatted as NTFS. When you connect the USB drive to the box, do not format it again. If you install Kodi from the Play Store, it is easier to open MKV files. If you have the Z12 Ultra, you can even play Dolby Vision and HDR content using Kodi. Do not set the external USB drive up as internal storage; keep it as an external drive when the box asks.
And use a very good file manager like "file manager plus" from playstore.
It reads usb and you can copy amd paste etc with it.
I use it for years and for accessing my NAS. Very great app.
