Newly unboxed unit or unit that has been used for awhile?
Try to reboot without a network connection to the box.
If that doesn't work, use the USB factory reset tool - attached.
Unzip to USB root.
STB POWER OFF
Insert USB
STB POWER ON while repeatedly pressing the CH UP button on the RCU (press repeatedly, don't just hold it down)
You should see the Android Robot update animation on screen
At this time you can stop pressing the CH UP and wait for the reset procedure to complete.

Can anyone help, I did everything as they did:
1-Unzip to USB root.
2-STB POWER OFF
3-Insert USB
4-STB POWER ON while repeatedly pressing the CH UP button on the RCU
on screen appears Robot update animation, but then appears image with ERROR!
SF: V2.8.49
