Unable to see home screen

    The home screen on my formuler z7+ is stuck on 'preparing to start' pink/purple screen. I can still open apps that are on my home screen, however unable to see what it actually is.

    Anyone had this issue or know how to fix it? I have tried powering down for a few mins, unable to do a factory restart as can't see what I am selecting!

    I am having the exact same issue. I can open the apps that I have registered to the coloured buttons. But when I try to go to the menu, I get stuck on "preparing to start" screen like for ever.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
