    Dear members,

    Few customers, having troubles with their formuler boxes after we update our software to Ministra V5.5

    By starting the mytvonline app you got an error like "Your device is not supported"

    I have contacted support, and the only thing what they said is "We are afraid to say this but Formuler boxes, don't support Ministra."

    Mytvonline app needs to be updated to work with Ministra v5.5 why are you refusing this?

    up to March 2019 Formuler dont work with Ministra 5.5 or you can say Ministra 5.5 dont support any formuler Devices ...its been year and customer still waiting, got Z8 with MyTvonline2 apps and still no support for Ministra 5.5 ..sadddddddddddd

    Both is right. No support anymore from Formuler for Ministra and no support from them for Formuler boxes. They want to sale own boxes and protect Ministra. Sorry to say but it is like it is, some things can not be changed.
