i have z+ and forgotten the pass and i w need to install a new portal.
how to reset?

1) Go to Android Setting.
2) Select Apps and press ok.
3) Select MYTVOline and press ok.
4) Select Storage and press ok.
5) Select clear data and press ok. Do the same with clear cache.
The above will reset MYTVOnline.
Now re-open MYTVOnline, all portals will be gone and reset.
Press Menu > Go to MYTVOnline settings > Pin number and set 0000. Once done go ahead and re-add your portal.

You should be able after factory reset to update to latest if not already up to date, check under home -> cogwheel -> updates.

I've got the same Problem as prince
I've already tried doing factory reset with the fat32 reset usb but it gives me an error. In my Box the ''Android Settings'' does not appear.
Is there any other way i can do the factory reset? Because i cannot create a new IPTV Portal

You already open new thread and i gave you answer. See other thread. The USB file for FR works only for Z7+/Zx and S Series with Android 7.

You mean , you can not see the cog wheel in home menu? Do you have provider box?
