Audio lag on 1 channel only

    Hi, I’m having an issue with just 1 channel. Audio is ahead of the video. Can’t seem to find the issue. I tried the audio setting. Putting it in RAW, Auto and LPCM,

    same with the HDMI audio output and nothing seems to work.

    It’s with the z7+ only. On mobile devices the channel audio and video are sync perfectly.

    Do not forget to write down the portal address before doing factory reset.

    Because after factory reset your portal address will be removed.

    Was hoping a factory reset would be my last option.

    Did a total reset. Still the same. Just one channel, audio is ahead of video. Same channel on mobile app and audio is fine.
