I have an existing WiFi adaptor I want to use to improve my streaming speeds over the on board ethernet, but it didn't seem to detect it. Should it work?

hmmm, I believe only certain wifi drivers are supported? Do some searching around the forums and some stuff should come up

Search ‘tenda u12’ and you should see some stuff. That chipset is officially supported by the z series of boxes
