    Hi all I have just brought a Z8 and the remote control seems to have a very poor/slow response and I can’t even scroll though the apps, just seems blocked, there is nothing in between the remote and box? Is there anything I can do please? They are new batteries as well? I have searched for ages but can’t seem to find anyone else having issues!
