Hello.....Can someone help me....
This is the situation:
I bought the Formuler Z8 in May. When I first installed it and tried to connect with mytvonline2 (via WIFI) It immediately worked....But If I remember well I received a login automatically to connect and login to Mytvonline2.
Now this week I did a factory reset because I was having to much issues with watching live football games and freezing every 30-45minutes. So I hoped that the issue would be resolved by doing a factory reset.
Now after this factory reset, the problem is that I can't log in and connect anymore to Mytvonline2. It say error code 7...So I guess something with my portal or portal url that are not insterted right.
I already tried to read the ARTICLE (about portal) to fix it but I don't understand anything about it. I guess the reason why is because last time, like I said before I received automatically some kind of login to connect properly to mytvonline2
An now it looks that I have to do it by myself but I can't find how because I don't understand about these portal, portal url, ID's etc.
Can somebody help?
