Software problem

Hi

I'm having a problem with MyTvOnline from the first day i bought the F S Turbo.

When I start the App everything is fine, but when I change the channels after 7-8 channels, all channels stop working.

Also, when i watch a channel after like 15 minutes the movie got freezed and black screen.

I made the latest update still facing the same problem.

I have 500mb internet speed and I'm in United Arab Emirates.

Do you use VPN? If yes, which country you connect the VPN to?

No, i don't use any VPN

That might be the problem. I suggest to at least try with some trial vpn subscription to see if it makes a difference.
