I can´t pair my headphones , Sony WH-1000XM3. The bluetooth pairing just seek and don´t find my headphones.
I could pair other headphones/speakers without any problem to my Z8 box.
No problem pairing the Sony WH-1000XM3 to my android phone.
Any suggestions ? Very annoying ! 
Make sure they are not paired with something else (active) I have posted somewhere else. My Alexa "Steals " as i call it Bluetooth devices and connects to them when i switch on preventing them connecting to device i wanted to connect to. This happens even after told Alexa to forget device in settings it might be same for you
