System shutdown initiated

Hello guys,

After booting up the Z8 for the first time everything went smoothly.

All the settings about country, wifi and so on wasn't any problem.

When that was done and the device entered the android OS this screen appeared and the device turned off.

When firing it up again (from standby as it appears to go to) the message did NOT appear.

The error message says,

System shutdown initiated

Reason: Returning to last known power state before AC power loss.

Press BACK or OK to cancel automatic shutdown.

I've tried factory resets, no extension cables and so on without any luck.

Still the same error message.

It's a brand new device so.. most likely a warranty thing.

But. has anyone else seen the problem?

hmm.. so, you mean that this is a normal behaviour?

If the device has been moved and the power chord has been unplugged. That's a power loss for the device, right?

Then it will go back to where it were?

So, that's why after turning it on again it didn't show the message?

aah .. okay. Good stuff.

Spoke to the place I bought it and they wanted it back for warranty. But, then it's ok then! =)

haha .. indeed.

Is there any solution of getting rid of this message btw to not show next time?
