How to click and drag with the cursor

Hello everyone,

I am having a very frustrating time with regards to Formuler Z8. One of my fitness apps that I have downloaded from Google Play store has now changed its interface and now requires me to click and drag to scroll down.

Is there any way I can click and drag using the cursor on the Formuler Z8. If not could anyone recommend a workaround? Like would one of these keyboards below work?

I think each Z User should have such mini keyboard to expand the use of commands in the apps. RCU have only Mouse cursor but with such keyboard is using of apps and insert of text much faster. Scrolling should work without problem .
