hello, I had several remote control that does not work and I found where the problem comes from, it is at the level of the chip on the printed circuit at the level of the batteries, I had to put a piece of cardboard with sticky paper to create a thickness, several people had the joke, have a look on the forums or telegram channel. I will try to post pictures, it would be good to solve this problem.

this is a New remote control of course and it is not the first one that I have and which has this problem and many other people have had the joke, I find it very good to make new bluetooth and IR remote control but it would be good if this one which is sold with the boxes works well, it's a shame because I like Formuler and I am very happy with it and I look forward to formulating it Z NEO as well as the following ones, thank you
