hey.
This new box it seems that recognize vod and tv-series.
It gives always an error that can not play the item and problem is not on the source.
Any ideias of how to solve it?

Best to probably list how you’re connected I.e max or api etc.
Have you tested on another device? Or different apps on the box.
Have to say I have many portals and live is pretty much instant zap for all of them, and vods been fine bar in one which was service related.

Everything works perfectly over my alpha unit and same portal as this one on gtv...
it must be som settings try to turn off afr and hdr just try it

On alpha thoose options are on... On gtv just set then off and improved a little bit, takes only 1/2s tops.
