How to fix some issue on newly unboxed Formuler GTV

    The developers have fixed the GTV upgrade issue with the update server last week. If you as new User have the same issue, please follow the how to.

    1. Restart your GTV device (Power OFF, Power ON)

    2. Check for the software update notification on the home screen.

    3. If you do not see the software update notification, press the power button on your remote control.

    4. Wait 30 seconds

    5. Press the Power button on the remote control to turn on the GTV

    6.You should see the software update notification appear on the home screen.

    7. Click on the update notification to install the new firmware

    The device will automatically factory reset during the update

    8. Complete the initial setup

    9. At the Home Screen, click the + icon

    10. Selete the Formuler Update app

    11. Go to the Formuler Update app > Install the MYTVOnline2 (9.2.5 version)

    This issue should not appear any more!

    However, users with affected devices will not get the "Update MYTVOnline" system notification the first time around. Therefore they need to run the Formuler Update app to update to the latest MOL2.
