I got the same issue a year ago & the solution for me was making the box brand new again, ( factory reset ) after that I never had a problem again. Just tried my friend!!

did you reboot after switching WIFI off

Have you tried on WIFI?
I hardwire everything but tried Z8 when I got my first one on 5GHz and only once tried Rj45 but it was good on 5GHz so stuck with it on Z8's
Or like JO says factory reset
