URL portal and VOD not working

    I have formuler Z7+ and I have 2 providers:

    1st, with MAC registration, they gave me a portal URL. It worked for 1 day, then stopped working: Is not connecting to the portal.

    2nd, with Xtreme Codes Api (short XC) with login, they gave me the portal URL, login ID and password and still working, no issue with login.

    But on both I can't see the VOD groups! However, with both (when 1st still working) I could have seen VOD by pushing on the remote the VOD button and if I wanted to see something I had to choose a player to play the movie (the movies had extension .mkv or mpeg4) like MX player

    1. Any ideas why I can't connect to URL portal? (I am still discussing with the provider to see what is happening)

    2. Why I can't see the VOD groups under the MyTVonline, like group channels?
