    I dont know if this is the right thread, otherwise admin kan move it.

    I have a Z8 Pro.New remote control to this one.How do i get into PQ settings on this remote?On the old one,you made a long press on V.Fomat button.I took one of the hotkeys and assigned it to V.Format,but it dosnt work holding down the button like on the old remote, i only get V.format 16:9 Original,V.Format Full.

    Hi all,

    New to the forum and i just got the z10 pro max!

    I had the z8 before and everything was running smoothly, now i have like micro stutters and wanted to access the pqsettings. But it seems like i cant access them, has this update not yet been delivered?

    Z10 Pro Max has no hidden menu unfortenately, and no imprex-engine, like Z8 Pro.

    Z10 Pro Max has much less picture settings then Z8 Pro.

    Micro stutters: Set box on shutdown, not standby (powerbutton behaviour).

    Try 4K25Hz setting instead of 4K50HZ / 4K60Hz (settings >device preferences >display>screen resolution>displaymode > 4K 25Hz)

    Color Space Settings RGB444 10Bit, or YCbCr 10Bit ( both settings apply, if you own a 4K TV).

    Or you let your 4K TV do the upscaling and set box to 1080P.

    Or turn AFR (auto frame rate) to Off. (menu button on remote > mytvonline 2 > scroll down to settings > ok > player options > AFR -Off.

    Hope this solves your issues.
