  • This is my first post and my apologies if my writing sometimes isn’t correct. English isn’t my native speech.

I have been searching the forum for my question but cannot find a solution or I have overseen it due to my lack of easy reading the English language. Again my apologies if there is somewhere already an answer and I would be grateful if anyone could post the URL.

Question: How do I remove favourites in VOD (Video on demand) on the Formuler 7+

I cannot find a way to get rid of them. As a last idea I thought unmark them as favourite with the yellow button on the RC would do the job but it doesn’t. The favourite emblem/label disappears but only temporary: Switching to the VOD list and back again to the favourites list, and yes, the favourite including its label is again visible.

Maybe there is a trick to remove them with hidden RC commands?

I really hope someone can give the solving answer(s) because the amount of favourites has grown to an annoying state.

Thank you all in advance for your answers!

  • v8rick,

    Thanks for your response!

What you suggest is what I have tried: The star is removed but only temporary. It doesn't matter if I remove the star in the original place in VOD or in the Fav. The star comes back again, over an over.

The latest FW and Mol1 should be installed on your device.

    Try with this steps:

    1. Home menu-> Cog wheel -> Android -> Apps -> Mytvonline -> delete cache and data. Try again with add and delete favourite channel.

    2. Delete your current Portal or Playlist and add again new one.

    3. If all not helps, factory reset and fresh setup.

I'll hope this will work. Thank you!

But since I once ruined the bios update of a computer I lost quit some faith in myself doing such things. I will ask the man who installed my Formuler if he wants to do this for me.

    I will give feedback here!
