Can the z10 record & change channel?

Can the z10 record & change channel? & I currently have no epg on the z8pro. Only if i go into guide daily & process it all myself & “every” bouquet. I have to wait till all epg downloads. Then click on another bouquet & do the same daily. It’s a mission job. Plus the times are all out aswell on epg programs. & It doesn’t save though or update epg like it used to & catchup doesn’t work. My provider says he’s done everything his end & it may be a formula z8 issue? Can someone help please. Sorry i may have posted this in a different thread somewhere else. I’m new to this.

Change in your connection -> your sub. -> Edit -> EPG from Normal to UTC.

What are you using exactly for connect with your provider, registered MAC /ID Stalker portal, XC Api with login portal or m3u playlist?

I have to go into guide everyday. & manually set epg through scrolling down through every channel to get the epg up. It’s a real mission job. & i have to do that with every single bouquet if i want epg. & it doesn’t save if i come out of mytvonline 2. so everyday it’s the same? Doesn’t automatically download epg like it used to. & i get a error message on all catchup. My Provider says it’s fine on all other apps/devices which i checked & it is ok! But for some reason it’s not supported on the Z8? It’s been fine up until the last 3 weeks. & now no epg or catchup sam.
