z10 - pro-max not connecting to portal URL

I am using the new Z10 pro-max - everything was working great until my IPTV provider did a portal URL name change - now portal won't connect.

If I try a different provider (portal) it also will no longer connect - I'm using the mytv(online 2) app on this device to add portal URL

If I add these same portals to my Z-7 everything works no problem.

any suggestions would be great.

First , check your url with another Iptv app , like smart iptv or tivimate. To see if the url address is the problem or not.

its the z10 pro-max

tried the portal on a friends new z10 pro-max - loaded right away - and worked fine

I will try and do a factory reset and re load the mytv online 2 app and see what happens - again!!

it has to be the z10 - tried other boxes - no problems - sending it back for a replacement

We are only talking about the formuler here , not provider
