Did after first setup and Live TV zapping or VOD, popped up the codec install window and did you confirmed the codec install and box restart?
Go to vod and search for some 5.1 or 7.1 Video and start, should come. If not, reinstall MOL2 and try again, because when MOL2 detect some stream with audio that is not in database (first time) the pop up appear and you need to confirm the codec install.
Last solution would be factory reset.

please use static IP, and dns servers set to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 this should solve your problem.
i had the exact same problem as you, but i have 3 ISP in my house with 1 works like charm the other 2 same problem same error, then i set static ip for the 2 other ISP and changed dns servers to that and in that moment it started to work like charm.
please use static IP, and dns servers set to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 this should solve your problem.

My Z10 Pro MAX loads perfectly, no issues at all but i use Cloudflare DNS Server on router level and in most cases always static ip 
Yes i agree with you, he should try also what you suggested, is same what i also suggest to other users with no internet issues but with google dns server. In his case and the error picture he posted, this could be also some incompatibility between MOL2 and Provider. It is also unknown if he use VPN or not and which protocol to connect with provider.

tested more then 10 z10 same error msg and slow loading, changed dns servers to cloudflare solve it for good in all
Strange been having similar issues on 7 installs I did, I keep getting long delays loading channels and also in some cases same error as in earlier post.
Changed to cloud flare and been ok till now. Don’t make sense to me.
Edit: maybe not keep having issue with slow loading and error still, so have been running mol2 and other app side by side but issue only on mol2 app.

Teste an corrected but some questions come to mind,
1 - I distribute my boxes all over, cannot put static IP because I do not even know what is master IP in customer home2 - If it is a MOL2 issue, how come the same provider works like a charm in all previous models ? Strange no ?
3 - No no VPN use, all is tested clean
So, I stop selling Z10 for the moment, not a secure and reliable solution, for me at least....

this is just a little correction in the software. that will certainly be solved in next update.

I was just about to purchase the z10 Pro but after reading above and the fact that I am not clever enough to understand some of the things mentioned here and how to solve them (static ip and dns server) I think I'll just save my money and stick to my 4k Fstick after all, and see if the z10 issues are solved soon

The Z8 pro is a good choice and the GTV is also very good.

if i was you, i would stick with fire tv. I upgraded and still in regret. But love the MOL2 app and the remote for sure.

The Formuler Z8/z10/ GTV are night and day different to the stick.
The Formuler are made for IPTV. The MYTVonline app is one of the best.
Z8 pro is very solid, the new z10's specs are great .
The device you have is also great, but it's a different experience on a box made for iptv.
Many thanks again and will probably go for the z10 Pro as the price is really too tempting to miss

I have only problems with 2x Z10 Pro and 1x Z10 Pro Max: 1 was fickering during the setup, the other one does not recognise my usb2 drive that I used on more than 50 older formulers, even after restart,but it recognise another flashdrive, even after "repairing my usb stick on the pc, not working, but the other Z10 recognises this USB drive...strange ! Some of them I had to press 3 to 5 times on the RCU to move the cursor, after using another RCU it has solved the problem with all the RCU, all of them work very bad in vocal with the Gboard , and none of them work in vocal with 4 versions of Leankey Keyboard Pro (6.1.19 (the last version), +6.1.17,+6.1.13, +6.0.5 all were working like a charm on the BT Hisilicon Formulers (i.e. Z8, Z8 Pro) where they were recognising all the words in the language chosen in the system (French , Dutch, English) even with the Gboard, Z10 serie is barely working recognising 1 time out of 5 one or maximum 2 words...I tried everything, even disabling Gboard, or the microphone access in Gboard but of course I granted always the microphone access,(and even photos access) to Leankey Keyboard that is 3 times bigger than the Gboard when you enlarge it...but although it seem to hear your voice, it's not writing anything in the search bar, the same with the green key on a channel search.
Is there a trick to make it work ?

Why don't you simply open a new thread and go from there?
I had 6 Z10 pro max over the holidays and all working ok for friends and family.
Disable DNS as not needed .
Out of interest Amazon Alexa does not work with any vpn.

I just enumerate some problems with Z10Pro series, and mostly the not so gog working vocal recognition with Gboard (sometimes takes only 1 out of 2 or 3 words), and the bug of by the way having to wait 31 seconds with another virtual keyboard (Leankey Keyboard Pro, several and the last vesrion tested (V6.1.19) for the search engine to write down in the search bar....with finally an error code under the screeen " recognizer other error 2" (see pic attached), of course all updated to the 14th Dec MOL2 and firmware updates, and Formuler Remote the last version : AppV1.2.1
