cannot fix this problem where my service wont connect , ive tried everything except factory reset on the Z8
does anyone know why MOL2 is giving me these issues? it just stops at 10% always and gives me this error code 7-400 http 403
other apps are connecting to my service , so its not the service.... 
MOL2 is only one giving me issues...

Error code 7-400 means: URL returns HTTP 4xx / Portal / Page not found
Check your box connectivity first to see if the box is online (test with youtube) and then check the url from your portal. If you use Stalker check also if your MAC/ID was registered like it should.
Then it`s your XC Api or M3u data from connection window. Please recheck.
Don`t know if you need in your country VPN, could also help.

Jimmy solved the issue with set static IP.
I would on your place also try to set static ip and use Cloudflare DNS.
