Z10 pro max support for 4k prime video

I have notice that prime video on the newest device, z10 pro max, does not play 4k.

Other apps support it for example: disney, apple tv you tube. What is exactly the prob with Prime Video that the device does not meet? Is there a way to fix that?

Netflix is another problematic one, but at least we already know that they are picky in certifying hardware.

I see a similar behavior. The movies are missing the UHD badge in the content description.

I have uploaded a picture as an example of the same movie as it plays in another player (shield).

The 4k movies appear with a "UHD" badge which is missing in the z10.
