Hi all,
I've been testing it for a few days now. I've also tried setting the retry count to unlimited, this diminished the problem for me but doesn't fix it. What I found out is that when I log in with Xtream (xc) login, the problem does not come back.
Only if I activate the subscription on MAC address (stalker portal) than I receive again the 401 error. maybe the developers know more with this info and then they can find a solution... I hope so..
Other player apps works perfect without this problem, so it's a problem with MOL2 not with the box

It is related to the Z10 (pro max) box using MOL2.
When using on a Z8 no issues appear using MOL2.That's right, I have the GTV too without problems

I have both Z8 and Z10Pro Max. Z8 no issues Z10Pro Max 401 error. Tested same channels on both no error on Z8, 401 error on Z10 then loads after about 5-6 seconds. Nothing to do with stream or Internet . I have 1gb Fibre optic connection connected directly to the router about 1m away. Must be some setting in Z10Pro Max. Some guidance would be helpful

Are you using XC Xtream or activation on Mac/ID?

Hello Sam, at the same time please report for the sound, with the 1st update the sound has dropped by 50 percent you have to go up too much to be audible, but as soon as we change the channel it's terrible

Guys please test your sub with other protocol, almost all users have the possibility to use the sub with MAC/ID Stalker, XC Api Portal or M3u playlist.
Problem only with Mac/ID stalker. I have been tested now for a few days at XC API PORTAL and didn't get the 401 error. When I transfer the subscription back to Stalker/Mac then I receive again the 401 error. But it's not the solution for the long term.. I hope there come an update for this bug.
