I have used both the Formuler device and my current IPTV provider since July 2021 and have been exceptionally pleased with both. About a month ago I started having this issue:
My wife and I will be watching something on a given channel for a long period of time (could be an hour or more). If we come to change to another channel the screen is black and there is no audio. The EPG guide is still present but changing to any channel gives us the same results. Selecting a channel and waiting several minutes is futile as well.
I have reached out to my provider and was told that there was nothing wrong at their end and suggested that I perform a factory reset which I did. That made absolutely no difference either.
