Black screen when changing channels

Home menu Settings - Device preferences - display - HDR output off and change screen resolution to 4 k 50 .

and then Mol 2 - Setting and turn AFR Off or on , depends on with which you are.

I assume you are using mac/portal as connection type:

Change your Id to a custom one in portal settings and send new id to your reseller.

It's someone hacking your id and when they connect to it, they take your token to your provider. So when you change channel your token is expired. When restarting your box you generate a new token when reconnecting, and therefore have pic again until someone hacks the id again.

Using a custom id will make it much harder for hackers to figure out, as most formuler boxes used 00:1A:79(then random).

same problem for me , works for zapping channels for about max 1 min then black picture in 12 secondees before picture come on new channels

It's just weird that Formuler hasn't fixed it as it's an issue that is over 1 year old (and they have known about it for that long) and only affect boxes that use Mytvonline...

Kingcool...what if you swapped internet...would this fault still be present or if a VPN was used
